My name is Brian Wakefield and I am currently in my 3rd year as an administrator for the Winston County School District. I have served as an assistant principal at Winston County High School and Double Springs Middle School and this is my 1st year as principal at Double Springs Middle School. I have a bachelor of science degree from The University of North Alabama, a masters degree from The University of Alabama in Birmingham. Prior to working in the Winston County School District, I served as a teacher and football coach for Austin Middle School and Austin High School in Decatur City Schools.
